SQL Job Error : timeout: socket is not established. Please check your username, password or port

Hi all,

I'm trying to use this very useful task in a project and works fine if I run my SSIS package in SSDT. However after I do the deploy to the Integration Services instance and try to run this package in a SQL Job the package always return the error "timeout: socket is not established. Please check your username, password or port".

Anyone already had this error? Can help me with this?

Hi,

I am having the same issue. Does anyone know how to correct it.

Basically, the SSISSFTP is working and will run manually in SSDT, but when I create a job, point to the SSIS package flat file and run the job it fails with the above error message: "timeout: socket is not established. Please check your username, password or port".

I have changed the debugging mode to 32-bit within the SSIS package. Once I created the job step, I selected to run the job in 32-bit mode.

I would really like to automate this job step. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Warren
